Format

The UK Ireland Nationals will kick-off with a round-robin group stage. The top two teams from this stage will progress directly to the finals. The teams who place third to sixth in the round-robin group stage will then battle it out in the playoffs, with the best two teams taking the remaining places in the finals. The finals will be played over two days with the top four teams from the season competing to win the UK Ireland Nationals and become the champions for Summer 2020.

The winners of the UK Ireland Nationals will qualify for the EU Challenger League representing the very best the UK has to offer at an international level.

"After the successes of UK Rainbow Six Siege esports over the past few years, we're excited to build upon that with the UK and Ireland Nationals. We've been able to foster the growth of UK teams like Na'vi who have gone from strength to strength developing from UK champions to winning the Tokoname Pro League last year. The addition of a second division to help more teams make the transition to top national level play as well as a number of broadcast upgrades, will help take the UK scene to the next level."
